Introducing First Year Infant Registration System T&T (FIRSTT)
The First Year Infant Registration System T&T (FIRSTT) is designed to modernise and streamline the school registration process by transitioning from a paper-based system to a centralised digital platform. Security, scalability, and ease of use are central to its design, ensuring smooth adoption by parents, administrators, and stakeholders.
Aligned with the Ministry’s Digital Transformation Strategy – MOE ACCESS: Service, Systems, Solutions, this system contributes to the vision of building a unified digital ecosystem that is seamless, functional, robust, and scalable. A more agile digital education sector will safeguard against uncertainties in an ever-changing world.
Key features include online application submission for multiple schools, document upload and verification, real-time status tracking, automated notifications, and a centralised database for analytics and reporting. The system will ensure greater transparency, improved efficiency, and data-driven decision-making, while ensuring that no child is overlooked in the registration process.
